Obituary of Lesley Bricker

           Lesley Dawn Bricker, age 16 of White Hall, died Tuesday, July 25, 2017 as a result of an automobile accident near Roodhouse.  She was born May 16, 2001 in Jerseyville, the daughter of Rob  Bricker and Lisa Sprague.  
           Surviving are her mother, Lisa Sprague  of White Hall, her father, Rob Bricker of  Griggsville,  her grandmother  Yvonne April Sprague of White Hall, who raised Lesley in her home for the past 10 years, her grandfather, Dennis Swarringim of Roodhouse,  a sister, Summer Bricker of White Hall, and a brother Cody Wade of White Hall.  Her half sisters and half brother are Chloe, Willow, and Patrick.
           Lesley is also survived by many aunts and uncles;  Kelly (Eric) Grizzell of O’Fallon, MO., Barb (Lee) Allen of Odin,  Joyce Sprague of White Hall, Pam (Bob) Plogger of Greenfield,  Paul (Julie) Sprague  of Alton,  Justin Sprague, Emily Burby of White Hall, Jimmy Sprague of Roodhouse, Ken Sprague of Hamburg, Jenny (Denny) McMillion  of Lawrence, KS., Misty Bricker of Roodhouse, and many cousins.   Liz Thien and her children Kaydin and Wyatt were like a second family to her.  She was preceded in death by her great grandparents, Lester and Rosie Sprague, and her uncles,  Charley Sprague and Bobby Sprague. 
           Lesley would have began her Junior year at North Greene High School next  month.  She was a babysitter in the White Hall area for a number of years.  She was a huge animal lover, being an animal rescuer of anything from hedgehogs to ducks, and all kinds  of animals.  She was a selfie queen, and was on her phone constantly.  She enjoyed taking float trips to the Huzzah River in Missouri. 
           Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday, August 1, 2017 at Calvary Baptist Church in White Hall, with burial in Fernwood  Cemetery in Roodhouse.  Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. Monday at the church.  Memorial gifts are suggested to the family.
